Pressure Seal Mailer
One piece pressure seal mailers are becoming increasingly popular. They are excellent for Pay advice, letters, P40's, pension and BACS advice due to their tamper proof design. Glued on all 4 sides it is glaringly obvious if anyone has tried to open the mailer by means of the perforations.
We produce V, Z and C fold mailers which can then be passed through a Pressure Seal Machine to seal the mailers when the relevant details have been added by the end user on a laser printer i.e. wage or invoice details.
Most pressure seal mailers come in the generic A4 size, although other sizes are possible. We can print whatever details you require on these forms - including postage marks if required.
Benefits of this type of mailer are:

- 1 piece mailer that requires no envelope
- Can be put through standard office printers (no need for dot matrix)

A&E Forms
Hospital Accident and Emergency units have requirements for complicated forms to register details of each patients care. The forms are usually multi page cut sets which may include a glued pocket to hold additional loose forms, may include a double sided
tape strip in order to adhere additional pages to the form and may include special gluing patterns.
Menter has many years' experience of manufacturing these forms and is one of the leading producers in the UK. We have two multi station collators which can produce these forms and the forms can be completed as cut sets or in a continuous fan folded format.
We are aware of the importance of these forms to the end users and are conscious that A&E departments are unable to function in their absence. Our service is therefore often geared to produce quickly if required.

Insert Mailers
Features: 12" NEW, 8", 6", 5.5", 5", and 4"
Additional product options: Thumb notches, double sided tape, remoistenable glue, folded/sheeted, multiple inserts (up to 4), numbering and varnishing.
We have two mailer collators, one Minami and one Mechanique Mey.
Both are fitted with Strayfield radio frequency driers to improve quality and minimise "tenting". Both are operated on a shift basis.
