Menter is a major manufacturer of forms suitable for use at hospitals.
Our Accident and Emergency forms are the most innovative in the UK and can be manufactured to a variety of specifications including as many as 18 pages with glued pockets and double sided tapeseals. Hospital Mount Sheets and Blood Transfusion tags are also a specialty and can be manufactured with re-enforced punch holes and either integrated or tab on labels. We also provide the NHS with a variety of forms which integrate a label.

A&E Forms
These can be manufactured with up to 10 part per set.
A transfer tape strip is normally applied in the left margin of the top copy.
Pockets of varying sizes from full depth to half depth pockets with top or side opening.

Mount Sheets
Our hospital mount sheets are normally produced as an A4 or A3 form with varying number of peel off strips. A clear selvedge can be incorporated into the strips to assist with easy removal.
A standard feature is a set of file hole punch the left hand margin.
