Stock Forms - Z-Fold & V-Fold pressure seal 1 part mailers

Stock Item MPSZ 1/MPSV 1 - Standard A4 Pressure Seal Mailer plain one side and hatched portion on reverse. Can be used for countless form applications and especially useful where urgently required or for testing.

March 2006

First quarter of 2006 is the busiest period the company has known for order intake and confirms that the products manufactured by the Company are in demand.

July 2005

Paul Shepherd is employed by the Company in order to concentrate on production and adds many years experience especially on Integrated Products.

March 2005

Installation of our second Mey Datamailer collator to provide additional form sizes and in order to take advantage of the closure of a number of competitors. This machine adds to our A&E forms capabilities by providing more capacity and a high speed chop out sheeter.

February 2005

In order to add to our Integrated Forms capabilities we install a Tamarack 300 web finishing line. It operates at a higher speed and adds the capability to pattern glue and apply a patch over that pattern. This allows us to manufacture one part impact pin mailers and also diecut window patches.

January 2004

Following a successful 2003 we will be looking to further develop our portfolio and service offerings to meet changing demands and trends.

This year will see the production and distribution of our new brochure which should arrive with customers during February. This will include details of new and existing products and services available from Menter. We will also be continuing our e-marketing efforts through the monthly newsletter and product focused e-mailings. Anyone who wishes to receive these mailings, who is not already on the mailing list, should send an e-mail to    with the word "newsletter" in the subject.

December 2003

Christmas Closure Dates: 5pm on the 23^rd December to 8.30am on the 5^th of January.

October 2003

October sees the addition of a new member of staff to the Menter Office. Mrs Vanetta McCabe has joined the team as our new Customer Account Executive. Following training Vanetta will become the first point of contact for customers.

Thanks to the continued loyalty of our customers, July saw a new record being set for monthly order value.

June 2003 - NEW CAPABILITY

New section of Mechanique Mey

Earlier this month we installed a brand new sheeter in our finishing section. This machine sheets exact A4, one or two wide.
It can do 150 meters a minute and allows more A&E, Remoistenable Glue forms (including electoral forms) and Pressure Seal forms to be processed.
This allows us to offer you quicker lead times and even higher quality finished products.

April 2003 - NEW CAPABILITY

New section of Mechanique Mey

Earlier this month we saw the arrival of new equipment that will allow us to produce 12" mailers. A new section has been added to our Mechanique Mey to allow us to do 12" in addition to our existing sizes.

April also sees the start of the busiest period for Electoral Register Forms with remoistenable glue. In 2002 alone we produced over 1.5 million forms for numerous regions through out the UK. Anyone with any questions or quote requests should contact our sales office.

March 2003

The research into which strategic options we should pursue in the coming year is continuing in earnest and we would like to thank those customers who filled out the recent questionnaire. We are looking to develop current capabilities further as well as add completely new products and services to our portfolio. An update on new products & services can be found here in the next few months.

We have been advised by our paper suppliers that from the end of this month (March 2003) prices will be increasing by 6% across the industry.

We will endeavour to make sure this impacts as little as possible on our customers but in some areas there will be an increase in product prices. To make the most of the current lower paper prices please place any imminent orders before the end of this month.

January 2003 saw the launch of our new website and the start of the 19th year Menter has been supplying the printing trade.

This new and improved site has been developed to provide up to date information on products and services as well as news from Menter.

This site also allows customers to send questions, comments and brochure requests through to our sales office.

2002 saw the addition of our marketing department which has produced the new brochure, business cards, bi-monthly news letter and 2003 calendars. The questionnaires issued with the brochures in July allowed us to get further insight into what was important to our customers and in what areas we could improve. Early 2003 will see several new strategies put into action with the aim of addressing the main issues raised in the questionnaire responses.

In the last 12 months we have received increased interest in personalisation services and more and more enquiries for producing increasingly complex forms. These are areas we will be looking to develop further in 2003. Our Bi-monthly newsletter and monthly mailers, as well as this news page will have more information on new product capabilities.
