Dyfrig's activities within the company include producing quotations, sales, advising customers on solutions to highly complex requirements, customer visits and training, new product/process and business development.

Having been with the company for 24 years Llyr has a wide range of responsibilities at Menter as Finance & IT Director.
His Computer Degree proves invaluable when working on personalisation orders as well as with developments with the website and e-marketing programs

Paul Shepherd

Joining the company in 2005, Paul has been involved in Business Forms for most of his career, web finishing being his speciality.
He has used his 1st class (Hons) Management Sciences degree in all the major print disciplines: manufacturing, sales & marketing, accounting & general management for a variety of trade manufacturers.
Paul is responsible for all matters relating to the manufactured product.
